Bid documents are being made available via digital and original paper copy. Plan holders are required to register and order bid documents at www.planhouse.com or www.corbettleggeplans.com. Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. A pre-bid conference will be held Friday, December 19, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the administration conference room located in the Monroe Regional Hospital, 400 South Chestnut Street, Aberdeen, MS 39730.

Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the project manual. The Monroe County Board of Supervisors and the City of Aberdeen reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids submitted.

Bids must be submitted on the form to be furnished by the Engineer and must be accompanied by bid bond or certified check for at least five percent (5%) of the base bid payable to Monroe County, Mississippi. Bid envelope must contain on the outside of the envelope, the Contractor’s current Certificate of Responsibility Number and the Contractor’s License Number unless a statement on the exterior says that the bid enclosed is less than or did not exceed $50,000.00. Envelope containing bids must be sealed, marked and addressed as follows:
